White Spelt (Wheat) Flour (Packed in a premises containing gluten.)

This flour is versatile and can be used for a wide variety of bakes including bread, shortcrust pastry, cakes, biscuits and sauces.

It can be blended with wholemeal spelt to lighten a wholemeal texture where needed.
